Easter is slowly but surely hopping up on us and once this bank holiday weekend arrives it will truly feel like spring has sprung! We believe now more than ever it is important to celebrate with your nearest and dearest… all 6 of them! While we cant guarantee the British weather will pull through for our garden plans we can guarantee that The View from The Shard has some fantastic ideas to make it an egg-cellent Easter! So, read on if you want some Easter inspiration that your friends and family will love… but we must warn you, we have so many Easter puns its not even bunny!

EASTER EGG HUNT: An all time Easter classic, kids and adults both love the thrill of hunting for Easter eggs… while the kids are busy hunting for the eggs, some adults opt to create a Easter hunt for bottles of wine instead! Wine not hey?

EASTER COCKTAILS: While we wish we could be serving you our unique cocktails this Easter, sadly you’’ll have to wait until the 19th May for your cocktails in the sky. But, that doesn’t mean you cant enjoy delicious cocktails at home! PRACTICE YOUR TENNIS SKILLS: Now that the tennis courts are back open, why not dust off your racket and challenge your loved ones to a friendly competition! Plus you can egg-rcise off all those chocolate eggs!

ARTS AND CRAFTS: If you have younger children or simply wish to take a nostalgic trip down memory lane then this is a great easter option for you! Why buy an Easter Basket when you can make your own? Simply purchase a low-cost wicker basket or if you’re feeling super creative make one yourself, a great guide is here: https://static.onecms.io/wp-content/uploads/pdfs/sites/37/2019/06/06230236/BHG-Easter-Craft.pdf) and decorate it with felt flowers, sprinkles, buttons and ribbons. Another creative classic is to decorate eggs with dye and paint. These can look fantastic on your dining table as Easter decoration or it can simply be a task that keeps the kids busy for an hour or so.. do be prepared for a messy kitchen though!
