The View from The Shard is one of London’s most popular tourist attractions standing tall in London Bridge. There are many local businesses that are in the surrounding area and its important now more than ever that we all do our bit to support them. Here are our top picks for local businesses to support in our area and keep your eyes peeled for discounts!
Applebee’s:
This is a family run business and has been operating since 1998, where it started as a humble fish shop. Their focus is open fresh, good quality fish. They aim to share that love of fresh fish with all their guests through their fishmongers, restaurant and street food. There is a heavy focus on the highest quality fish whilst prioritising sustainability, personality and the art of keeping thing simple. Our Annual Pass Members can enjoy a 10% discount on their responsibly sourced, delicious fish.

Change please:
Change Please is where social enterprise and coffee expertise blend. The award- winning coffee they brew — and every cup you buy — helps change someone’s life for the better. Where 100% of their profits, go into giving people experiencing homelessness, a living wage job, housing, training, onwards opportunities — and a fresh shot at a life. We’ll drink to that. They have a branch based Borough Market, right on the doorstep of the Shard. They are also offering 10% off their merchandise online for annual pass members. Because after all, a bad day with coffee is still better than a good day without it!

Bath Dairy:
The View from The Shard overlooks the city of London and the world-famous Borough Food Market. With its historical setting, the market is home to over 100 artisan food stalls and producers including Bath Soft Cheese, the only dairy producer stall with its own organic farm. Park Farm sits just outside the world heritage city of Bath and is home to The Bath Soft Cheese Company and the Padfield family, whose ancestors have been cheesemaking since the early 1900’s. With an enviable reputation as producers of the finest artisan soft cheeses in the West Country, they are most famous for the Bath Soft Cheese itself, an outstanding and unique-tasting cheese, the recipe for which goes back hundreds of years (a favourite of Admiral Nelson, no less!) All their award-winning organic cheeses are made by hand at Park Farm in the village of Kelston using milk from their own cows. There is an old farming saying, “Look after your cows and your cows will look after you” This goes into the heart of what happens here at Park Farm and the Padfields take a traditional approach both to how they raise and graze their small herd of 160 mainly Holstein Friesian cows and to our artisan, handmade, hands-on cheesemaking. Annual Pass Members of The View from the Shard can enjoy exclusive discounts when visiting The Bath Soft Cheese Co and The Bath Dairy stall at Borough Market Kitchen. The Bath Dairy opened in 2019, serving hot cheese dishes. Choose from freshly prepared hot dishes featuring our award-winning cheeses and incredible milkshakes made with our organic milk. The discount for annual pass members is 10% off cheese purchases at the Bath Soft Cheese Stall and 10% off the hot food and milkshakes at The Bath Dairy.
