The Assistant Operations Manager (Admissions & Retail) has direct line management responsibility for a team of permanent and agency Guest Ambassadors. They will manage and administer all commercial operational functions and staff working within the Retail areas as well as assisting in the overall operation of The View to ensure that guests enjoy a premium quality, guest focused customer service, to ensure that their visit is safe and enjoyable and to maximise income generation activities. The post holder will be required to provide management cover for the Admissions and Retail operations.
