The post holder will work primarily at the ticket desk and/or any of our food and beverage outlets ensuring visiting guests to The View receive a premium quality, guest focused customer service to ensure that their visit is safe, enjoyable and to maximise income generation activities. There may be a requirement to occasionally work in one of the retail boutiques if staffing levels require it.
Applicants must be aware that physical activity, such as manual handling, will be part of their daily duties. Training will be given to all of those who have not completed a manual handling course.
