The Head of Operations will have direct line management responsibility for the operational management team. Working closely with Heads of departments, the post holder will set the strategic direction for the operation of The View whilst ensuring the smooth day to day running of the attraction. Key elements of the role include setting the strategy for providing a premium quality, guest focused customer service and to maximise income generation activities.
