The post holder will work in the retail shops as well as the ticket desk & kiosk, ensuring visiting guests to The View receive a premium quality, guest focused customer service to ensure that their visit is safe, enjoyable and to maximise income generation activities. Applicants must be aware that physical activity, such as manual handling, will be part of their daily duties. Training will be given to all of those who have not completed a manual handling course.
There will be occasions where it is necessary for staff to start early to assist with deliveries or events and there will be late finishes during stock takes.
