Opening Times

Opening times at The View from The Shard may vary. Once inside, savour your experience for as long as you wish – you’re free to stay until closing time. 

Note that last entry is 1 hour prior to the advertised closing time. Additionally, our venue bars conclude service roughly 30 minutes before the advertised closing time.

With our view guarantee, if visibility is poor during your visit, and you’re unable to spot at least three of the following iconic London landmarks:

• The Walkie Talkie
• Tower Bridge
• One Canada Square
• St Paul’s Cathedral

We’ll gladly provide you with a complimentary The View from The Shard return voucher. This voucher is valid for 3 months and entitles you to book a return standard ticket, absolutely free.

To claim this offer, simply speak with our duty manager on the day of your visit. If the conditions are met return vouchers will be distributed as you exit the venue. Remember, you must claim your free ticket on the day of your visit before leaving the venue; they cannot be claimed at a later date!
