We offer a concessionary rate for guests with disabilities and complimentary tickets for carers. Before You Visit

I have not received my tickets, can I access them online?

Please allow up to an hour for your booking confirmation to come through, and make sure to check spam or junk mail folders.

Tickets and gift cards can also be obtained via History & Overviews inside your online account: Click Here and select My Profile for access.

If you are still having trouble retrieving your confirmation, please Contact Us with the following details and we will locate your tickets and send them on to you. 

  • Date of your visit
  • Booking reference number
    (which you should have received in the confirmation of payment)

Please note that if you purchased your tickets via our call center, you will need to Contact Us with your booking reference number and if you booked your tickets via a third party, you will need to contact them directly.

Do I need to print my tickets?

You can show your tickets on your smartphone to enter The View from The Shard or alternatively, you can collect your tickets when you arrive for your visit by entering your booking reference at one of our collection points.

I cannot see the writing on my tickets.

We have been made aware of a known issue with the latest release of Apple's OS X (El Capitan) where content within PDF documents cannot be printed.  This is an issue with Apple and is outside the capability of The View from The Shard.  We would advise you to try an alternative device with a different Operating System if you encounter this issue.

There is no time or date on my ticket.

If you have purchased your tickets from a third party/approved ticket provider you may not be required to pre-book a visit date or time and can use your voucher to gain entry at any time (subject to availability). To avoid disappointment please check our opening times before your visit.  

Please also check before you visit if your voucher needs to be redeemed or activated.

If you have any further questions you will need to directly contact the company the tickets were booked with.

I have a voucher, how does it work?

If you have purchased a voucher from one of our partners or approved ticket sellers please check if your voucher needs to be redeemed or activated before visiting The View from The Shard. If you have not been required to pre-book your visiting time, to avoid any disappointment please check our opening times as these can sometimes vary due to private event closures.

If you have any further questions regarding your voucher you will need to directly contact the company the voucher is purchased from.
