With our View Guarantee, if you cannot see at least three of the following five landmarks due to low visibility caused by weather during the time of your visit, we will give you a complimentary return voucher, valid for at least 3 months, which will allow you to book a return standard ticket, absolutely free:
• London Eye
• The Walkie Talkie
• Tower Bridge
• One Canada Square
• St Paul’s Cathedral
Our duty manager will authorise the View Guarantee on the day, once the conditions have been met and return vouchers will be distributed as you exit the venue. You must claim your free ticket on the day of your visit before you leave the venue; they cannot be claimed at a later date.

Can I bring anyone else with me?
The package price does not include any additional tickets. However, you may add an extra people for £75; this will include a glass of champagne or a soft drink, so they can toast the moment with you. Our concierge team will contact you once you have completed your online booking and you can add any extra people onto your booking at this stage.
Can I have balloons?
We do not permit balloons.
Can I have food or a cake?
We do not offer food options nor do we allow you to bring any with you.
Can I organise a musician?
Can we stay longer than 30 minutes?
You may extend the session in increments of 30 minutes for a fee of £399 per 30-minute extension. You may add on the extension when our concierge contacts you after you have placed your online booking. Please note, extensions are subject to availability.
Do I need to pay a deposit?
I have specific flowers I want to have. How do I organise this?
Our concierge team will be able to discuss any bespoke requirements with you when they contact you following your booking. Any extra costs for items that fall outside of the standard package will be agreed with you.
What if I change my mind after booking?
Bookings are non-refundable. Date changes can be considered subject to availability and notice. A date change fee may apply. You may discuss this with our concierge.
