The post holder will oversee the operation of The View from The Shard on a day to day basis. They will manage and administer all Guest Experience functions and staff, to ensure that guests to The View enjoy a premium quality, guest focused customer service, to ensure that their visit is safe and enjoyable and to maximize income generation activities.
The Assistant Guest Experience Manager will lead, drive and encourage guest interaction in order to bring London to life. Supporting their fellow colleagues to do the same to ensure that the guest has a journey they will remember and to make sure that The View is a must see attraction in London.
