Retail Credit Voucher Terms and Conditions (All Inclusive)

Retail Credit Vouchers may be purchased from us.

The following terms and conditions are applicable to all Retail Credit Vouchers. By purchasing a ticket with us using a Retail Credit Voucher you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions.

– Each Retail Credit Voucher is valid for a single transaction only.

– You must be 18 or over to use a Retail Credit Voucher.

– The Retail Credit Voucher is issued for use by the ticketholder only and is non-transferable.

– If the transaction value is less than the value of the voucher, no change will be given.

– Each Retail Credit Voucher can only be redeemed once.

– Any unused portion of a Retail Credit Voucher will become void.

– The Retail Credit Voucher is valid only on the date of the ticketed visit only and cannot be redeemed on any other date.

– The Retail Credit Voucher credit has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash. For the avoidance of any doubt, there is no cash alternative.

– The Retail Credit Voucher may only be redeemed for in-store purchases. It cannot be used for online transactions, or tickets or drinks.

– Lost, stolen, damaged, deleted, or duplicated Retail Credit Vouchers will be deemed as void and will not be accepted.

– We will not accept responsibility for Retail Credit Vouchers that are corrupted, not successfully completed or transmitted, lost, mislaid, damaged or delayed in transit, regardless of cause, including, for example, as a result of any equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, website, computer hardware or software failure of any kind.

– Retail Credit Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, discount, code, incentive or voucher.

– Retail Credit Vouchers will set out a period during which they can be used. You must use the Retail Credit Voucher before the expiration date. The expiry date shown is the last day that the Retail Credit Voucher can be used.

– Retail Credit Vouchers that remain unused beyond the stated expiration date will become void.

– Extensions to Retail Credit Voucher durations and validity will not be granted, regardless of reason.

– If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these Retail Credit Voucher Terms and Conditions, SVGM may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to decline your access to The View.

– These terms and conditions are governed by English law and subject to the jurisdiction of the English courts.

– Our Ticket Terms and Conditions available at https://www.theviewfromtheshard.com/ticket-terms-and-conditions/ shall also apply to all Retail Credit Vouchers.
