View Guarantee Terms and Conditions

With our View Guarantee, if you cannot reasonably see (and our personnel confirm that) no less than three of the following five landmarks due to low visibility caused solely by weather during the time of your visit to The View, we may provide you with revisit voucher that will allow you to book a general entry ticket to The View.

The landmarks are:
• London Eye;
• The Walkie Talkie;
• Tower Bridge;
• One Canada Square; and
• St Paul’s Cathedral.

Our duty manager will (if applicable) authorise the View Guarantee on the day, once the conditions have been met and revisit vouchers will be distributed as you exit The View. You must claim your revisit voucher on the day of your visit before you leave The View. They cannot be claimed at a later date.

View Guarantee Terms and Conditions
The following terms and conditions are applicable to all View Guarantees and revisit vouchers. By accepting a revisit voucher or making a ticket purchase (where such tickets are eligible for the View Guarantee) you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions.

– The View Guarantee is included with paid-for tickets only.

– You must be 18 or over to receive a revisit voucher.

– The View Guarantee is not included with complimentary tickets, vouchers, credits, view guarantee revisit vouchers, selected third party tickets, school tickets, promotional tickets, special event tickets, private hire, annual passes or otherwise.

– The View Guarantee does not apply where low or no visibility is due to unforeseen circumstances, construction work or events outside of our control (other than the weather).

– View Guarantee revisit vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, discount, code, incentive or voucher.

– View Guarantee revisit vouchers are issued upon exit and must be collected before you leave the venue.

– You are not permitted to revisit The View to retrieve any revisit voucher.

– Unclaimed View Guarantee revisit vouchers are not able to be claimed at a later time.

– View Guarantee revisit vouchers will allow you to book a complimentary standard entry ticket for a future date, until the expiration date shown on the voucher.

– Revisit vouchers issued as part of our View Guarantee vouchers will set out a period during which they can be used. You must book your return date before the expiration date shown on your return voucher. The expiry date shown on the revisit voucher is the last day that it can be used to book a return visit. It is not the date when you need to visit by.

– View Guarantee revisit vouchers that remain unused beyond the stated expiration date will become void.

– Extensions to revisit voucher duration and validity will not be granted, regardless of reason.

– Bookings made using a View Guarantee revisit voucher must be made via www.theviewfromtheshard.com/book-tickets/offers as the revisit vouchers cannot be redeemed on the main site.

– Bookings using revisit vouchers are subject to ticket availability, opening dates/times.

– View Guarantee revisit vouchers can only be used once. Once a booking has been made using a View Guarantee revisit voucher, the date and time cannot be amended.

– Lost View Guarantee revisit vouchers and/or codes cannot be replaced so please keep your voucher in a safe place and treat as you would cash.

– If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these View Guarantee Terms and Conditions, SVGM may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to decline your access to The View or decline to provide a revisit voucher.

– These terms and conditions are governed by English law and subject to the jurisdiction of the English courts.

– Our Ticket Terms and Conditions available at https://www.theviewfromtheshard.com/ticket-terms-and-conditions/ shall apply to all revisit vouchers.
